Himanshu Maratkar

Himanshu Maratkar is a practicing civil and criminal attorney, with a specialization in cybersecurity. He has represented local and international clients in the Mumbai-Pune courts, and negotiated several out of court settlements.

A certified fraud examiner and ENTC engineer, Himanshu is passionate about animal rights, and has helped establish Pune’s only off-leash park for pet dogs. He is the firm's Managing Partner.

Shalini Gogia

Innovation & Outreach Strategist

Shalini Gogia is responsible for all the non-legal aspects of the firm’s functioning, and primarily works to connect Marat Gogia with various communities and stakeholders. She also spearheads Marat Gogia's community and social campaigns.

In her own capacity, Shalini is a practicing life coach, with 19+ years work-ex as an instructional designer and communications strategist.
